Responsibilities: Driving financial performance in terminals (tactical tasks will include budget preparation, considering business opportunities & supporting sales opportunities). Reviews (/monthly/quarterly) of Operating Performance, EBITDA, Revenue streams, Expenses, Safety performance. Point deviations & take redressal actions.Implement world class best practices, foster a culture of Continuous Improvement, SOPs and operational change management across locations. Review implementation of Business Continuity Plan, disaster management, safety and security policy / procedures / protocols as head of Emergency Response Team (ERT).Project the brand image of Port through regular interaction with customers / port / shipping and allied fraternity, manage stakeholders effectively.Work with projects team to make the trucking operations smooth & enhance infrastructure capabilities of existing terminals.Develop talent pipeline across sites for taking up higher responsibilities & career progression. Formulation & Implementation of effective Succession plan for Critical positions. Also, monitor and direct CSR activities in local communities.Maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders viz. Customs, Railways, Shipping Line, CHAs etc.Core Member to drive digital transformation in Adani Logistics Ltd.
