Responsibilities:Collaboration with consultants, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.

Track project costs to meet the budget.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan to ensure deadlines will be met.
Co-ordination to acquire the appropriate permits from the corresponding authorities.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.
Ensure adherence to all quality standards.
Co-ordination with various stakeholders - Internal as well as external from start to end of the project life cycle.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Monitor the progress and controlling for any variance as needed.

Qualifications:

Postgraduate in construction management will be added advantage
