Solution Development:- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to address business needs and improve operational efficiency.- Utilize the Power Platform to create custom apps, workflows, and dashboards to streamline business processes.2. Integration and Customization:- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and business process flows using C# to extend Dynamics 365 CRM functionality and integrate with external systems.- Configure and customize entity forms, views, and fields to tailor Dynamics 365 CRM to specific business requirements.3. Data Management:- Design and implement data models and relationships within Dynamics 365 CRM to ensure accurate data storage and retrieval.- Develop data migration plans and scripts to import/export data between Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems.4. Power Automate and Power BI Integration:- Utilize Power Automate to automate business processes and workflows, integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other applications and services.- Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize Dynamics 365 CRM data and provide insights to stakeholders.5. Azure Services Utilization (Nice to Have):- Leverage Azure Web Apps, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions to extend Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities and integrate with other Azure services.- Utilize Azure DevOps for version control, continuous integration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.6. Monitoring and Optimization:- Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization and improvement within Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.- Utilize Azure monitoring tools such as Cosmos and Kusto for insights into application health and performance.7.
