Salesforce Development:

Develop custom solutions using Salesforce Lightning components, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, and Apex classes.
Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to enhance user experience and drive productivity.
Develop Lightning web components (LWC) to extend Salesforce functionality.
Skilled in Salesforce CPQ
Salesforce Administration:

Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
Customize and configure Salesforce to support business processes.
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
Perform data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Salesforce Integration:

Design and implement custom API integrations with external systems.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications to streamline business processes.
Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.
SDLC and CI/CD:

Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to automate deployment and testing.
Communication:Should be proactive and good in overall communication, should be able to communicate well with clients when needed.

QualificationsEducation

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university

Experience

Customarily has at least 5 years of experience.

Ability to provide thought leadership while working closely with Consulting, AppDev, BI teams, BDMs and CAs for pre-sales
Ability to understand and prioritize the client’s technology needs and drive continuous improvement, user adoption, and business process maturity across different business functions
Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Advanced technical skills and proven history of leading and supporting successful projects
