- Salesforce Development:
- Develop custom solutions using Salesforce Lightning components, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, and Apex classes.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
- Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to enhance user experience and drive productivity.
- Develop Lightning web components (LWC) to extend Salesforce functionality.
- Skilled in Salesforce CPQ
- Salesforce Administration:
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Customize and configure Salesforce to support business processes.
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Perform data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Salesforce Integration:
- Design and implement custom API integrations with external systems.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications to streamline business processes.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.
- SDLC and CI/CD:
- Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to automate deployment and testing.
- Communication:Should be proactive and good in overall communication, should be able to communicate well with clients when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university
- Customarily has at least 5 years of experience.

- Ability to provide thought leadership while working closely with Consulting, AppDev, BI teams, BDMs and CAs for pre-sales
- Ability to understand and prioritize the client’s technology needs and drive continuous improvement, user adoption, and business process maturity across different business functions
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
