- B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA (preferably from a reputed institute with a good academic background
Around 15+ years of CSR/ social sector/research consulting experience- Understanding of CSR law- Must be an MBA or Postgraduate (preferably in social science/Policy or relevant area)- Experience of developing business in social consulting space- Ability to liaison with multiple stakeholders, C-suites, government officials- Strong communication and presentation skills- Logical and analytical thinking skills- Sensitivity and understanding to handle large teamsWhat we look forPeople with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
