With revenue of more than $12 billion in FY22 and approximately 25,000 people globally working alongside 125,000 global customers, ADI ensures today’s innovators stay Ahead of What’s Possible.ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Data Engineering Manager, you'll lead the development of foundational technologies and data products, driving ADI towards a data-driven future.Lead the global team of Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Architects and implementation of data engineering strategies, ensuring alignment with ADI’s organizational goals and objectives.Have the ability to perform hands on work using Python, ability to write complex SQL’s, perform troubleshooting and exploratory data analysis.Experienced in creating dashboards using enterprise tools such as Tableau, PowerBI.Experience in using cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCPOversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support data ingestion, transformation, and storage.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive actionable insights and value.Define and enforce best practices for data management, governance, and quality assurance to ensure the integrity and reliability of enterprise data assets.Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the data engineering team, exploring new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project statuses, risks, and dependencies.Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a long-term roadmap for data engineering capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities.Qualifications10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 7+ years working with data engineering technologies.5+ years leading technical teams and managing complex data engineering projects and pipelines.Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Broad expertise and experience with distributed systems, streaming systems, and data engineering tools, such as Kubernetes, Kafka, Airflow, Dagster, etc.Deep knowledge of Cloud datawarehouses (Snowflake/Databricks/Bigquery/Fabric), Python, SQL, database design, and master data strategies.Experience defining, architecting, and rolling out data products, including ownership of data products through their entire lifecycle.Experience mentoring and leading junior technical staff, incorporating modern software development tools and practices.A confident peer influencer with strong communication skills who quickly establishes credibility and is capable of leading cross-functional technical teamsFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
