Team - Cash Management Services, Govt Business & Capital Markets INTERNAL USAGE: No. of Vacancies: Reports to: VP/SVP Is a Team leader Y Team Size: Grade: M/SM/AVP Business: CMS, GB & CM BSG Department: BSG Sub - Department: NA Location: About BSG Business Solutions Group in any bank plays a very vital role in designing, developing and implementing solutions which are robust, stable, efficient and scalable. This Unit performs a 360 degree role in designing solutions which are customer friendly, operationally efficient, risk conscious, cost effective and regulatory compliant. About the Role This role plays a very critical role in CMS, GB & CM BSG Unit to lead a unit of banking SMEs and contribute towards designing and implementing technology solutions related to New Product Rollouts, integrations and implementations Ongoing business and regulatory requirements New System Set up to automate and rationalize processes Migration of set-ups from one system to another Issues resolution through technology solutions Working on Agile methodology managed projects Key Responsibilities To possess complete ownership of the Business Requirements/Solutions for any new Business initiative or customizations in the existing solutions To review Functionality Specifications documents vis--vis Business requirements To take complete ownership of functionality testing of bank and customer facing applications handled by the vertical To design process flow changes, in partnership with Operations and other Units To take ownership of resolution of all functional issues/bugs in the systems To address impact of regulatory changes on the system functionalities and ensure compliance To interface with Regulators/Audit/Compliance with regards to explaining the system functionalities To have regular strategic interactions with Technology partners/vendors with respect to system functionalities, product roadmap, technology trends etc. Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Graduation/Post Graduation with relevant project management / system implementation experience with strong domain knowledge of related banking products Almost 5-10 years' experience in Banking industry, preferably working in product management or product development functions Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following: Knowledge In depth knowledge of various CMS, Govt Banking and Capital Market products Relevant Banking domain/techno-functional knowledge of interfaces/integrations/underlying business processes Strong exposure on Online channels like internet banking, host2host solutions for corporate clients is an added advantage Knowledge of latest technology trends and a know-how to apply them appropriately Skills Strong Project Management and execution skills Experience in Agile and Waterfall Methodologies would be added advantage. Effective Management skills with hands-on approach and Can-do attitude Abilities Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously Ability to conceptualize and implement technology solutions which are stable, scalable and reliable.
