Job Description : As a Co-founder with investment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and growth trajectory of the start-up. Collaborate closely with the existing leadership team to drive innovation, scale operations, and establish My Opinions Matter as a leading player in the business/productivity management industry. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role position as a Co-Founder. In this role, you'll be involved in leading the creation and putting into action of the flagship product. Working hand in hand with the team to drive innovation, build key alliances, and ensuring client success. While the role is based in Varanasi, there is flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities 1. Work with the leadership team to define strategic objectives, develop business plans, and deploy investments to achieve growth targets and expand MOM 's market presence. Nurture investor relationships. 2. Spearhead the development of MOM 's flagship product to meet the evolving needs of SMEs and their customers. Drive innovation in agile development, content delivery, user experience, and technology integrations. 3. Build and lead a proficient team across diverse functions, including product development and client operations. Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. 4. Champion a customer-centric ethos in product development, service delivery, and support. Solicit user feedback, analyze satisfaction metrics, and drive initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Foster a culture of ongoing learning and improvement to adapt to market dynamics and evolving customer needs. Promote agility, experimentation, and innovation to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: Analytical Skills, Research, and Communication with a willingness for entrepreneurship and investment in the IT and/or related sectors. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Strategic mindset with insight into market dynamics, technology trends, and competition. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Passion for innovation, empowering local businesses, and driving positive social impact through technology. Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field. Experience as an entrepreneur is a plus (MBA preferred).
