Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager-Supply Chain Planning Leader Responsibilities . Responsible for overseeing and managing the supply planning process within the organization. . In charge of ensuring that the right number of products or materials are available at the right time to meet customer demands and achieve business goals. . Developing and implementing supply planning strategies and policies to optimize inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery of products. . Collaborating with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather demand forecasts and develop accurate production plans. . Monitoring and analyzing market trends, customer demands, and internal data to identify potential risks and opportunities. . Conducting capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure efficient utilization of resources and minimize supply chain bottlenecks. . Managing and optimizing inventory levels to balance customer service, working capital, and operational costs. . Coordinating with suppliers and other external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials. . Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal departments. . Leading a team of supply planners and providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their professional development. . Implementing and maintaining supply planning systems and tools to enhance process efficiency and accuracy. . Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply planning, such as forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover. Qualifications Minimum qualifications . Good years of relevant work experience . University Graduate . Relevant Experience Preferred qualifications . Strong Supply Chain knowledge/skills . Excellent communication and leadership abilities . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Demonstrated proficiency in Materials Management skills/methods .
