The ideal candidate should possess 5 to 8 years of experience in testing CSG's Single View Billing Application and related systems. As a CSG Single View Billing Application Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our billing application through comprehensive testing methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct testing activities for CSG's Single View Billing Application, including but not limited to: CSG's Intermediate Application CSG Singleview Billing Implementation CSG Singleview Data Migration CSG Singleview Billing Configuration CSG Singleview Wireless Billing Operation CSG Singleview Rating Testing CSG Singleview Performance Optimization Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios. Execute manual testing procedures to identify software defects and inconsistencies. Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of the application across different releases. Utilize UNIX and SQL for testing activities and data manipulation. Document test cases, test plans, and test results for future reference and compliance. Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and best practices throughout the testing process. Required Skills: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with CSG's Single View Billing Application. Familiarity with Billing Systems and Telecom Billing applications. Proficiency in Manual Testing techniques and methodologies. Strong understanding of UNIX and SQL. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
