Your role - As a member of the Content Relations Team, you will have a key role managing our daily operations needed to support a smooth booking experience for our clients and across all digital channels. Your typical day - Sabre; Managing orders/cases created. Branch access / Global security access management for Spotnana Branch access / Global security management for TaaS clients Troubleshooting. Content discrepancies. Manage the implementation of new PCCs/user profiles. (Creation and setup) Web Services administration. ClearTrip; Supplier manager including contract management. (needs to be signed) Product implementation and support for India (to commence) Nego fares implementation (to commence) Main POC - Building and managing supplier relationships. Travelfusion; User and TF portals administration. Activation/Deactivation of suppliers. Product implementation (tfPay/tfMerchant/IBE) Main POC - Building and managing supplier relationships Compleat Support requests for Spotnana Support requests for TaaS clients. Contract management (needs to be signed) Routines setup for Spotnana and TaaS clients (need more time though) Main POC - Building and managing supplier relationships. Magnatech; Support requests for Spotnana Support requests for TaaS clients Main POC - Building and managing supplier relationships. NDC Content Order new NDC PCCs for content globally. Implementation of NDC content for Global POS Your Experience And Skills - 5+ years experience in the Travel Industry Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Experience testing and troubleshooting product features, apps, and tools Strong background working with Sabre GDS, and Airline Commissions, and knowledge of international air rules/regulations for pricing and exchanges Consulting experience within the corporate travel space Evening Shift, may be up to 11:00 pm local India time Let's Talk Compensation Spotnana strives to offer fair, industry-competitive, and equitable compensation.
