You will be a key member of a young and expanding workflow and case management team part of the Compliance Technology function. We are a small friendly bunch who take pride in the quality of work that we do. As a team, we automate business processes using front end and back end technologies on Azure, working closely with peers from the business team as well as other engineering teams.Your expertiseYour expertise

have a degree level education; preferably Computer Science (Bachelor or Master's degree)
have 10+ years of hands-on design and development experience in several of the relevant technology areas (Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, Azure Data Lake, Kubernetes, Python, Apache Spark, Postgres etc.)
Expertise in back-end development engineering (Java, JEE) and microservice architecture.
Expertise in Spring framework (Spring Boot, Security, MVC, Batch, Integration, Data)
Expertise in Continuous Development/Continuous Integration
strong coding skills in UI development using ReactJS (good to have)
expertise working in a microservices based architecture (must have)
experience in working in a MS Azure (added advantage)
have Agile, Test Driven Development and DevOps practices part of your DNA
demonstrate strong communication skills, both to senior management and teams
background in IB or Finance domain with good understanding of finance principles (added advantage)
strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
collaborative approach towards problem solving, working closely with other colleagues in the global team and sensitive towards diversity.
