Assisting different accounting teams in various accounting operations prior to book close to avoid any sort of financial adjustments. Should have strong financial reporting & analytical capabilities work independently to help business identify and solve issues and effectively communicate across different levels of the organization including Cross functional and Cross Geo. More at https://trellix.com. About The Role Reconciling the transactions accounted in accordance with US GAAP principles to ensure system reflects correct transactions as at end of reporting period. Handling end to end reconciliation for General ledger accounts such as bank, COGS, Fixed assets, Payroll, Inventory control etc. Supporting month end activities whenever required and involve in providing flux analysis to the Management on monthly basis. Responsible for reporting any adjustments to the financial statement on MoM basis to Management. Responsible to get the red flags resolved by working with process owners. Monthly status/dashboard reporting to Management. Working closely with team and process owners to identify and fix the process gaps with automation possibilities. Ability to identify scope of improvements and work on deadlines. Working knowledge of SAP ERP. About You: You should be CA Qualified with 0-3 years experience. You should possess Sound knowledge & understanding of book keeping and accounting concepts with analytical capabilities. You should possess an understanding of accounting and financial principles and a positive attitude. You should be collaborative, trustworthy, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills. High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility. Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
