Job Description: Title: HR Intern Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager or HR Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing welcome kits, organizing orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork completion. Employee Records Management : Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Training and Development Support: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees. Prepare training materials, coordinate logistics, and track attendance. HR Administration: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing documents, answering phone calls, and responding to email inquiries. HR Metrics and Reporting: Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data, such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, and training effectiveness. Prepare reports and presentations for HR management. Exit Process Assistance: Support the offboarding process for departing employees by coordinating exit interviews, collecting company property, and updating HR records accordingly. Skills and Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Prior internship experience in HR or related field is a plus. Stipend :- 5000/- to 8000/-
