- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure effective execution of export strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, trade regulations, and market dynamics to make informed business decisions.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and foster business relationships.
- Train and mentor sales teams, guide sales techniques and support professional development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, and international market expansion
- Strong understanding of export procedures, trade regulations, and logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or export management roles.
- Experience in the construction chemicals or luxury furniture industry or related sectors is preferred.
