Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Bartender at Bartender in Bengaluru. As the Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing the bar staff, creating and maintaining drink recipes, ensuring excellent customer service, and handling cash transactions. You will also be responsible for training new bartenders and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Food & Beverage industry Proficiency in Bartending and Cash Handling Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent multitasking abilities Previous experience as a Lead Bartender or in a similar role is a plus
