- Complete ownership of account management and media flow/revenue targets from a portfolio of key clients in EMEA
- Develop strong client relationships with advertisers and agencies - managing their expectation and resolving their day to day queries
- Build a strong hold on the different lines of business from technical, operational and commercial aspect to have a clear understanding of the optimizations required in order to scale the accounts
- Grow accounts by cross-selling and up-selling new market opportunities, products, etc. by utilizing data-driven insights and forecasting to support recommendations
- Build strong internal stakeholder relationship and orchestrate the cross-functional support required to ensure that ad campaigns are delivered to meet client expectations: Track and resolve key client issues in a proactive manner and manage expectations internally and externally
- Ability to take ownership and getting things done in the stipulated time
- Provide feedback and help shape the product, data and supply roadmaps by communicating client requirements and larger market trends
- Lead key strategic conversations and drivers required to increase the overall revenue of EMEA region
- This role reports to the Senior Manager - Account Management, EMEA Client Services and is based out of Bangalore
- Work experience of 4+ years
- Bachelor's degree (MBA will be a plus)
- Experience in programmatic account management (DSPs/exchanges/networks/agencies) with an understanding of mobile and/or digital advertising ecosystem
- Strong and robust MS Excel/ppt skills and proven competency in data analysis and logical reasoning
- Good communication skills in order to convey clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Deep understanding of mobile app performance ecosystem (DSPs, MMPs, KPIs, SKAN, etc.)
- Agile, flexible, logical and analytical in terms of work
- Have a strategic approach to relationship building vs. transactional approach
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
- Ability to work across different global cultures comfortably
