- Managing the entire onboarding and offboarding process.
- Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Use the HRMS platform for managing the entire employee lifecycle.
- Communicating and coordinating with all necessary stakeholders to ensure end to end completion of tasks.
- Assist in performance management and L&D.
- Collating and providing data: leave, attendance & other benefits.
- Working with the HR Business Partner in conducting various employee engagement activities.
- Deep understanding of all company policies and procedures with the ability to resolve queries related to the same.
- Support the HR team in ad hoc tasks/ initiatives led by the team.
- Able to use own initiative with a "can-do" attitude and approach
- Good communication and tracking skills
- Proficient in using G-Suite
- Hands on experience with powerpoint
- Continuous improvement approach towards work
- Some experience in HR Operations
- Knowledge of Industrial compliances and HR processes
- Desired Qualification: BBA HR
- Work Experience: 0-1 years
- Constant learner to become a Subject Matter Expert
- Proven record in start-up environment working with innovations
- Exposure to a high paced working environment
- Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time-constrained environment
