Key Responsibilities Performance Testing: Plan, design, and execute performance tests to evaluate the scalability, stability, and reliability of software applications. Load Testing: Conduct load testing to simulate real-world scenarios and identify system limitations. Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for performance testing using industry-standard tools. Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test results and provide detailed reports, highlighting performance metrics and recommendations for improvement. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and system administrators, to address performance issues and recommend solutions. Monitoring: Implement and maintain performance monitoring tools to proactively identify potential issues. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to performance testing processes, methodologies, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Load Tester with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance testing.
