Marketing Manager - Automotive/Steel & SG Castings IndustryJob Summary:As a Marketing Manager in the Automotive/Steel & SG Castings Industry, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales within the automotive and steel sectors. Your role involves market analysis, product positioning, brand management, and customer engagement. The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in identifying market opportunities, expanding market share, and achieving business growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:Market Analysis and Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the automotive and steel industries.
  • Analyze customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviour to inform marketing strategies.
Marketing Strategy Development:
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Define target markets, segments, and positioning strategies for automotive and steel casting products.
Product Promotion and Brand Management:
  • Create marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collateral to promote automotive and steel casting products.
  • Manage brand identity, messaging, and visual assets to ensure consistency and alignment with brand values.
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), and distributors within the automotive and steel industries.
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase capabilities and offerings.
Lead Generation and Sales Support:
  • Generate leads and opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Provide sales teams with marketing support, including product information, market insights, and competitive analysis.
Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media engagement.
  • Monitor online presence, brand reputation, and customer feedback on digital platforms.
New Product Launches:
  • Coordinate with R&D and product development teams to launch new automotive and steel casting products into the market.
  • Develop launch plans, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive product adoption and sales.
Marketing Budget Management:
  • Manage marketing budgets, expenditures, and ROI (Return on Investment) analysis for marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize marketing spend to maximize impact and achieve business objectives.
  • Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on market dynamics to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • BE/B.Tech/ME/M.tech in Mechanical from reputed institute. MBA in Marketing
Academic score of UG/PG must be above 60Roles & ResponsibilitySkillset:Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Strong understanding of the foundry industry and its marketing dynamicsAbility to analyses market trends and customer needs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/toolsExperience:Hands on experience in Marketing in Automotive/ Steel & SG castings Industry and machiningIdentify and target potential customers through market research and analysis.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop NPDs [New Product Development]Further details Contact HR 9047098030Or send your cv to sethuraman.s@cielhr.com
