• Should have 12 - 15 years' experience in design, develop, and implementation of databases (SQL Server) in AWS cloud environments, aligning with the best scalability, security, and performance practices.
• Should have experience in monitoring and optimizing the performance of AWS RDS
• Should have implemented and maintained database backup and recovery strategies, ensuring data integrity, and minimizing downtime in case of failures.
• Should have performed data migrations from existing databases to AWS, ensuring seamless transitions and data integrity.
• Should have experience in setting up and maintaining database replication for high availability and disaster recovery purposes.
• Should have established and enforced database security measures, including access controls, encryption, and data privacy best practices.

• Good exposure in creating and managing user accounts, permissions, and roles following the organization's security policies and requirements.
• Should have got exposure in developing and executing database scripts to automate routine tasks and streamline operations.
• Should have monitored and analyzed database activity, identify trends, and optimize query performance and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application development, troubleshoot database-related issues, and provide technical guidance.
• Stay updated with the latest AWS database technologies, tools, and best practices, continuously evaluating their potential impact on our database environment.
