Lead the design process for web and mobile applications, ensuring user-centered design principles are applied throughout the development cycle
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project goals, and create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and integrate user feedback into the design process
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications, effectively communicating design concepts to stakeholders and development teams
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices, leveraging this knowledge to continually improve the user experience
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts, providing support and guidance throughout the development phase

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on web and mobile applications
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing designs
Experience with user research and testing methodologies, including creating and conducting usability tests and interviews
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts and justify design decisions to stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically about design solutions
Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
