Work closely with Workday Manager to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. Workday Production support in managing business process, set notifications and alerts. Continuous Support on Workday Upgrade. Demonstrate configurations through the use of prototyping. Unit testing the processes. Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions. Create different Custom reports depending on business needs. Partner with functional and technical teams to ensure that business requirements are being met by the technology Understand different Global Compensation plans and elements. Document changes and impacts to existing infrastructure Propose functionality changes based on business requirements Manager Workday Upgrade Project, End to end testing. Qualifications: 4 years' of hands on experience in Workday HCM, Performance Management and Recruit. Global Workday functional experience is required Ability to work with individuals at all levels within and outside the company. Good time management skills in order to meet continuous critical deadlines
