About The Role Responsibilities: Drive proofs of concept and incubate new features and capabilities Work closely with the monitoring operations teams, production support, performance test teams, operations, and application owners to deliver best-in-class S observability to collect and visualize infra monitoring, AWS monitoring , Real User Monitoring and Synthetics, Browser Monitoring and Application Performance Monitoring, log analytics & End Point monitoring A proven track record in the domains of observability, monitoring, and APM, as well as agent-based data collection and cloud monitoring solutions on any of the major cloud providers, such as AWS CloudWatch Should be familiar with New Relic application performance monitoring and can configure the tool for monitoring with alerts and dashboard creation. knowledge of the new relic integration with other application for data ingestion & log analytics Have experience in reporting & dashboard to show observability with KPI About You Basic Qualifications 3 - 5 years of experience 3+ years' experience in Application Performance Monitoring Tools as New Relic or similar AppDynamics, Dynatrace etc. SME in enterprise monitoring like APM, synthetic monitoring, browser monitoring, and Log monitoring Knowledge of requirement gathering and roll out monitoring and observability solutions. Partner with the business and development teams to identify requirements, define monitoring solutions and implement the same. Experience on Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Infrastructure Monitoring for Different Hybrid Business Applications and Infrastructure Providing health and performance reports, developing AIOps rules, creating alerts, creating custom dashboards Other Qualifications Effective and efficient operational support of different enterprise monitoring tools (New Relic, SolarWinds, Thousand Eye AppNeta) is preferred Assisting application support teams in developing and deploying an effective monitoring profile for their key applications and services using various monitoring techniques Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
