• Responsible for execution of marketing activities related to the Tamil Business of Star
• Create exciting presentation for internal campaigns with the marketing team and manage turnkey execution
• Immerse into consumer insights/ research data and translate it to actionable marketing inputs
• Briefing, overseeing, and managing all creative development of promotional materials
• Media planning and buying management, agency management
• Effective execution of marketing campaign across ATL and BTL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and smooth execution of all promotional activities with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordination - external creative agencies, media agencies, freelancers & other stakeholder

• Identifying strategic levers for growing the viewership of the channel – direct impact on channel GRPs.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns with actionable insights that will impact strategic decisions (launch, sustenance, and communication turnaround) – Meet / exceed the campaign targets that we set.
• A glitch free execution of the marketing campaigns

• Graduation or Post Graduation in Marketing
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in marketing roles.
• Very strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Good knowledge of MS-Excel & PowerPoint
• Ability to deliver on tight timelines
• Knowledge of social and digital marketing is an added advantage – desirable not mandatory
