Responsibilities: Lead a team of NLP engineers in the design, development, and deployment of NLP systems Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications Ensure that your team is following best practices in software development, such as agile methodologies, code reviews, and testing Ensure that NLP systems are scalable, reliable, and secure (Deploy in real world - large scale - secure and reliable way - very direct impact on hospital systems) Requirements: At least 6 years of experience in NLP software development At least 3 years of experience leading a software engineering team Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or GCP Excellent communication and leadership skills Familiarity with modern software development tools and technologies, such as Git, JIRA, and Python
