Role Objective A key objective of this role is responsible for overseeing the efficient planning and execution of production schedules, inventory management and ensuring timely delivery of orders to both domestic and international clients. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong coordination with various departments and proficiency in SAP transactions. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Engineering with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in PPIC. Proven experience in production planning, inventory control, or related roles within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in SAP transactions related to production planning and inventory control. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in work. Role & Responsibilities: Review daily export and domestic orders in SAP (T code: VA03) and provide promise dates to the sales team within 48 hours of order release (T code: VA02). Prioritize invoiced base orders from international and domestic sales teams and manage material shortages by raising indents in SAP (T code: ME51n). Monitor stock status for solutions and process orders for bonding on a daily basis. Generate semi-finished and finished goods production orders for the SEZ plant according to monthly/weekly production plans (T code: CO01/COR1 for semi-finished, CO41/COR1 for finished goods). Prepare scanning plans for IOL against sales orders to facilitate packing. Coordinate with production, QC, store, QA, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Liaise with the purchase team to ensure timely availability of materials. Monitor daily production and packing activities to ensure adherence to the plan. Maintain SAP transactions for material transfers between plants. Collaborate with QA and QC teams to release batches for shipment as per promised dates. Fulfill SAP Authorization Metrix role for OPE_2 ID: (ZD:OPER:OPE_2). Critical Skills Required: Proficiency in SAP transactions related to production planning and inventory control (VA03, VA02, ME51n, CO01, CO41, COR1). Strong understanding of production planning concepts such as safety stock, lead time, and capacity planning. Knowledge of scheduling methods and production planning techniques.
