Responsible for the overall objectives of project delivery attaining of scope, quality, budget and timeline.

Support the Global Sustainability Task Force (GSTF) for your respective region. Enable your people to engage and partake in events.
Encourage awareness of and behaviours aligned to our Sustainability Charter.
Utilise our sustainability platform (Giki) by taking part in challenges and improving behaviours to be more sustainable. Driving competition and supporting your teams to engage.

The SpecificsOperational

Responsible for the overall accomplishment of assigned projects including:

o Planning and scheduling project activities
o Establishing and resourcing project roles and responsibilities
o Defining tasks required for the successful delivery to project milestones
o Monitoring and reporting on quality and progress

Accountable for ensuring the overall objectives of projects on scope, budget and timeline.
Develops, implements and maintains sound project management and operational practices.

Leadership

Sole responsibility for “coaching” and “driving” the client and project team throughout the project lifecycle.
Building and maintaining project team spirit and motivation.
Setting standards and expectations of team member performance.
Developing work methods to craft team function and cohesiveness.
Ensure training needs of the team are met.

Financial Management

Reporting on budgets and forecasting figures including revenue margins, staff utilisation and project status.

Sales

Supports the sales team in responding to bids/tenders
Ensuring that improvements made in projects make it back to the presale process to ensure we are efficiently leveraging of our learnings from ongoing projects.

Customer Service • Grows and supports long term relationships with customers.Compliance • To abide to the Compliance Policies and Procedures of the Company.Occupational H&S

Additional Tasks

Contributing as a senior member of Professional Services team in the achievement of excellence in all areas of Service Delivery
Carry out other Project Management (internal or customer facing) duties as reasonably requested by your Manager.

What we're looking for (you don’t need to be a guru at all, we’re looking forward to coaching and collaborating with you):Qualification:

Bachelor of Science Degree, ICT or similar

Project Management certification/accreditation

Experience: 11-14 yearsTechnical Skills:

Evaluation of alternatives and ability for decision making.

Financial familiarity for budget risk management.
