We offer a dynamic and energizing environment that will inspire, challenge, and excite you as you develop your career path.Key Responsibilities :- To meet or succeed yearly and monthly targets by inviting delegates through VIP passes consistently to all possible targets; repeat delegates, new clients and prospects.- To convince the prospect of the benefits of attending our events- To exchange information and give necessary feedback as and when needed by colleagues in different department at the office.- To sell on event as necessity demands as directed- To ensure that business conduct reflects an enthusiastic and efficient image of the department.Key Requirements :- Excellent communication skills (speaking & writing)- Ability to understand the product and pitch it to the right target audience- Should possess excellent negotiation skills- Ability to perform consistently in a target oriented environment- Result oriented, high emotional intelligence and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.- Previous experience in delegates' sales for conferences & summits is preferred- Needs to be self-motivated- Should have the skills to conduct their own research and approach potential clients (ref:updazz.com)
