- Implementation of product promotional strategy and activities jointly with PPM with special focus on new portfolios.
- Competitor analysis, Market trends analysis, Vertical market development.
- Aligning vertical level strategy with HQ & implement the same.
- Define & draft various policies, control pricing & margin development for profitable growth.
- Budget & Forecast planning, sales target agreement with Sales,
- Marcom, product promotion budget planning.
- Support regional sales for customer related activities
- Inventory, Revenue planning & management
