Job Description:DesignationBusiness Development ManagerLocationKalwa R&D BuildingJob DescriptionThe Position Profile is for team lead - DGMC subsegment business development & will be responsible for following:
  • Supports BS/BU for development of strategic plans (country concepts, master plans, Sales Push etc.) and implementation of actions / measures defined against the same.
  • Implementation of product promotional strategy and activities jointly with PPM with special focus on new portfolios.
  • Competitor analysis, Market trends analysis, Vertical market development.
  • Aligning vertical level strategy with HQ & implement the same.
  • Define & draft various policies, control pricing & margin development for profitable growth.
  • Budget & Forecast planning, sales target agreement with Sales,
  • Marcom, product promotion budget planning.
  • Support regional sales for customer related activities
  • Inventory, Revenue planning & management
QualificationB.E or B. Tech in Electrical or ElectronicsExperience8 -10 years of experience in Sales/Business development role for Drives & Automation productsSkill Sets/ Knowledge / CompetenciesAdvance knowledge of Drives & Automation products, Applications knowledge in various verticals, Competency in Sales, basic knowledge of various Commercial termsCapabilities & Preferred Inter-Personal SkillsPositive in attitude, dynamic, ambitious, good communication skills, good market knowledge, exceptional interpersonal skills while interacting effectively with various stake holders, Learning Ability, Customer Oriented, Result Oriented.
