Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Freelance Warehouse Consultant located in Chennai. For one of our clients, who have put up a state-of-the-art warehouse, the consultant will be responsible for assessing the operational efficiency, effectiveness, risk management and best practices benchmarking. Based on the assessment, the consultant will recommend the improvement plan and thereafter, also support the implementation of the improvements accepted by the client. It will require periodic visits to the warehouse located in the outskirts of Chennai city. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in warehouse operations and optimization Proficiency in process design and automation Experience in conducting assessments Ability to analyze data and provide insights for performance improvement Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Relevant certifications or qualifications in warehouse management or operational excellence
