Job Description Create course outlines and design documents based on client requirements. Develop content/storyboard for eLearning courses based on the design documents. Incorporate multimedia assets that include, but not limited to, audio, video, and graphics. Develop assessment items to test the learning objectives. Demonstrate expertise in developing a range of instructional materials including classroom-based training, eLearning, job aids, references guides, train-the-trainer course material, assessments and evaluations. Demonstrate effective course development and evaluation skills. Should be able to independently develop entry and advanced level technical and non-technical courses for both internal and external audience. Coordinate with stakeholders, SMEs, and internal team. Handle client communication. Primary Skills Ability to analyze content and present it in the most effective way to enhance learning. E-learning domain exposure is mandatory. Ability to identify content gaps. Ability to Coordinate with stakeholders, SMEs, and internal team. Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent course designing, storyboarding and reviewing skills. Knowledge of instructional designing theories and how to apply them. Excellent command over English language and grammar. Excellent communication skills. Ability to handle client communication and manage tasks independently. Excellent time management and self-management skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work in teams sound inter-personal skills to facilitate team synergy and cohesiveness. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Strong logical and structural thinking. Secondary Skills Experience in developing corporate training a plus. Degree/certification in Instructional Designing a plus. Experience in tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, UPK, uPerform, and Assima a plus.
