Urgent opening for vibrant community of facilitators, coaches, and art-based therapists dedicated to delivering outstanding learning and development.Job Responsibilities:- Manage the entire process once the business is confirmed by administering the project, ensuring all logistical needs have been met.- Maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact.- Being the main point of contact during implementation between clients and TPHRD consultants.- Produce quality sheets (feedback report)on a monthly basis.- Manage the stage manager software to keep track on deliverables and deadlines.- Produce calendar bookings and liaise with internal and external clients.- Coordinating events to ensure the project is managed in a timely fashion.- Booking of venues for internal events(seminars, open workshops).- Travel Planning for all consultants.Requirement:- Graduate or Post Graduate(Preference to: Diploma in Travel & Tourism).- Proficient in MSOffice.- Excellent communication skills-spoken fluency in English, written grammar.- Strong attention to detail and multi tasking abilities.- Excellent project management skills.Nature of work:Full time work from home (once in a while there will be travelling for workshops and seminar purpose).
