Further, they also have a quality control unit, wherein they check their entire range on defined parameters like design, quality, and finish. All units and equipped with all the essential tools, machines, and technology to manufacture a high-quality range of products.An Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate for this role should have a background in handling the sales of Industrial paints, the welding industry (equipment, abrasives, safety products), powder coating paints, painting equipment, Adhesives, powder coating equipment, and Touchup paints (industrial). Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives in the assigned region. Would establish and maintain relationships with clients to develop and grow the business in the territory. Develop and implement sales strategies and objectives for the territory. Would analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy. Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales representatives and provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training to improve sales skills and product knowledge. Would monitor and ensure that sales targets are met, and report on sales performance to senior management.Key Competencies:1. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales management role.
2. Should have strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales growth.
4. Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Should have the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
6. Should have analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
7. Should be self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
8. Should be responsible for overseeing sales in a specific geographic region.
