- Laboratory Technician Certificates and First Aid Certificates (Applicants without these certificates will be considered as Laboratory Technician III)
- Good communication skills, responsible and hard working
- For Laboratory Technician I, applicants should have at least five years of satisfactory service as Laboratory Technician II
