As we expand our presence in the retail sector, we are seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our retail sales team and enhance the customer experience. Job Description: Responsibilities: 1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. 2. Lead, motivate, and train showroom staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. 3. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share within the retail sector. 4.Collaborate with marketing and promotional teams to create innovative campaigns and events to attract customers to the showroom. 5.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing product information and demonstrations. 6. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including foot traffic, conversion rates, and average transaction value, and take corrective actions as needed. 7.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 8.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards to create a positive and secure working environment. Qualifications: 1.Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 2.Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry. 3.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. 4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders. 5.Solid understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and inventory management systems. 6.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 7.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software is a plus. 8.Passion for electric vehicles and commitment to promoting sustainable transportation solutions.
