Chennai, India As Digital Advertising Team Lead, you will be responsible for day-to-day functioning of the Digital Ads team. This role will require you to have a strong understanding of Ad Copywriting, Ad Copy QA, and fulfillment processes. Your primary focus will be to support your team, while also assisting with fulfillment tasks as necessary - being a high-level Player-Coach within Digital Ads. Your Impact Oversee daily team performance. Perform Quality Audits on tasks and Ad copies completed by the team members Assist the team with Ad copywriting, campaign builds and optimization Conduct one-on-one meetings and quarterly assessments with the team Coach new employees through their probation period to develop the necessary skills and provide ongoing motivation Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires Help develop and refine fulfillment processes for Digital Advertising and ensure deadlines are met for all services provided by the Digital Ads team Act as the first point of escalation for Partner concerns and follows-up on resolution Assist and collaborate with Digital Ads Manager on higher level escalations Develop testing and evaluation of team processes Confer with Managers to identify training needs based on processes, changes, and other factors beyond the internal teams Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with other team members What You Bring To The Table 2+ years experience working in Digital Advertising Demonstrated ability to build-up, lead, and grow a team to success Google Ads Certification required; Facebook Certification is considered an asset Ability to setup up conversions to track campaign ROI Experience in analyzing Digital Advertising reports and providing suggestions Strong understanding of Facebook, Google and other ad platforms Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
