Job Purpose As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team from the backend, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective customer interactions. Job Duties Assist sales managers and representatives in various tasks to enhance sales performance. Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and data analysis for decision-making. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive customer relationships. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets. Perform administrative tasks such as managing documents, schedules, and meetings. Coordinating with the Sales Team for new customer onboarding, Sales Orders, and Purchase Order Monitoring the team performance and actions accordingly Follow up & lead the team through recruiting, training, monitoring, and task delivery. Training for the new Salesperson in terms of application, guidance in Sales & SOP system of our company. Candidate may also have to travel as per the requirement. Knowledge Required Qualifications: Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. Familiarity with industry trends, products, and services. Skills Proficiency in using office software (such as Microsoft Office). Computer skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Data analysis skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Leadership skills Attributes A positive attitude Commitment to achieving team goals Effective problem-solving Decision-making skills Strong work ethic and responsibility Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities are expected. Education Graduation from a recognized institution. A diploma in a relevant field is preferred. Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales-related experience.
