Responsibilities Include Supervising the kitchen operations and running the shift; Supervising the activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers; demonstrating new techniques and equipment to the kitchen staff; Planning menus and ordering food and kitchen supplies; Following HACCP procedures; Understanding of cost control; Skills & Qualifications A minimum of four years of progressive culinary management experience; Ability to motivate and foster a diverse workforce in culinary management; Computer Skills: Word, Excel and Cloud-Based Services; Understanding of substitute ingredients to accommodate different dietary restrictions.
