Asa Treasury Operations Senior Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Developing criteria for and participating in the evaluation of 3rd party vendors, software, and technical solutions due diligence exercises for integration with systems like Kyriba, SAP etc.
  • Work with the development teams (both internal and external) to ensure that the design is fully understood, and all design gaps are closed and ensure that all development activities are on schedule
Assist with the delivery of system releases and changes to Test & Verify the technical developments. * Support business partner on development of Operational Change Management (OCM) deliverables.
  • Create the high-level technical design for complex projects and difficult maintenance efforts by analyzing and tracing designs to requirements (business and functional) and systems architecture.
  • Drive projects through Agile or SCRUM methodology.
  • Partner with Regional Treasury team members to setup standard account management & services, through driving integration with banking platforms and internal Solventum systems like Kyriba, SAP etc. (banking partners involved for example ; Citi Bank, JPMorgan Chase Bank, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, Others).
  • Developing and maintaining project specific documentation like; lesson learnt registers, project plan, risk registers etc.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and concise communication to stakeholders.
  • Support SOX and compliance with queries and requirements.
  • Handle escalations (complex and non-standard) related toprojects and implementation status etc.
Your Skills and Expertise:
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)in business, finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, and/or statistics from an accredited institution.
  • Documentation and process flows (MS Visio / PPT)
  • Good MS Excel skills
  • Good oral/written communication skills
  • Time management
  • Overall work experience of5 8 years required (relevant experience within Treasury of at least 2-3 years preferred)
  • Additional skills that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Any Project Management certification.
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Projects etc.
  • Experience with Data analytic and/or Workflow management tools (Power BI, Alteryx. Power App).
  • Analytical reasoning, persuasive and assertive, adaptable, optimistic, innovative, collaborative, excellent written and verbalcommunication.
