Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling email communication of all export clients with very prompt response - max within 3 hours.
To address customer inquiries and complaints and escalate to the concerned department and provide the solution to the client on a prompt basis.
To maintain export databases, records and reports of physical and soft copies.
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize export operation.
Responsible for sending Quotations for all Export Inquiries received from customers with the help of the Finance team.
To Execute all the Sales Orders in the system, communicate delivery timelines and follow up with the operation team to be delivered on time.
To Coordinate with customer for Design & Sample Developments with respective teams.
To Send Export Documents post dispatches are done and Collection of payment to be done with all clients.
Plan and coordinate online meetings or conferences call between Company Team and export client whenever required.
Need to work after official hours to provide immediate response to clients of regions like the USA, Canada, Europe, UK, Africa and Australia.
Need to travel once in a week to Unit 1 at Kadi.
Will be also responsible to handle our social media in future.
