- Lead the Entire Marketing function for the Premium Retail as well as the B2B Tech business of the org.
- Provide Strategic Leadership to the Marketing team.
- Set marketing goals and objectives
- Plan, implement and manage Marketing strategy for all business lines
- Contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Review and manage content marketing strategy
- Determine KPIs for the marketing department
- Keep the marketing budget in check
- Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
- Work with sales and development and customer success teams
- Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy
- Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
- Analyze company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements
- Stay up to date with the latest technology
- Stay up to date with the latest best practices
- Attend marketing conferences and educational programs
- Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
- 15-18 years of experience
- Coming from a Premium Retail background
- B2B Tech industry experience will be an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Over 25 years of SI / IT Services & Premium Retail experience, with over 1100Cr revenues in Fy'21-22.
- Preferred / Key Enterprise Partner with Apple | Dell | Lenovo | MS | Samsung | HP | CISCO | Juniper | Adobe | DocuSign | Parablu | Vivo and many more.
- Premium Retail partners with Apple | BOSE | Under Armour & Asics
- Experience of serving over 1500++ customers in the last 25 years.
