Lead Generation : - Contact potential clients from a provided database to generate leads and set up appointments. - Identify and understand the needs of potential clients and provide information on available properties that meet their requirements. - Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels to ensure a continuous pipeline of potential clients.2. Sales Conversion : - Persuade potential clients to visit the properties and discuss their real estate needs. - Maintain a detailed understanding of the properties being offered, including features, pricing, and availability. - Assist in converting leads to sales by coordinating with the sales team and providing necessary client information.3. Customer Relationship Management : - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Handle client inquiries, provide property details, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. - Record all interactions and update client information in the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.4.
