As a Senior Engineering Manager of the Salesforce team, you ll play a pivotal role in bringing new Salesforce features to life and improving end-user satisfaction. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce professionals in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business goals. Oversee the architectural decisions and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices. Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and development to implementation and ongoing support. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging feedback to enhance system functionality and end-user experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features, capabilities, and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master s preferred. 8+ years of software development experience and a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform. Additional experience in AWS, Java or Javascript is preferred. 3+ years of team leadership experience and strong team-building skills. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills. A certified Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect is a plus.
