Along with the E2E Design Team, contribute to E2E design in support of the OP Initiatives and GPL Domains . Support GPL domains where additional resources are needed to accelerate deliverables with: . Development of Business policies . P rocess design . Process documentation . Process improvements . Spar with GPLs to identify where they need support and align on support needed . Sparring and coaching FPO community to upskill organization on process excellence methodologies Key Metrics: . Process maturity levels . Effectiveness of program roll-outs & implementations Key Interdependencies: Internal Stakeholders . GPL organization . E2E Process Design team . Enterprise Governance team . Process Academy & Community team What we are looking for: Currently in a strong process role in any Industry Trained Black belt with multiple process design and improvement initiatives 10+ years of experience of which 3 years must be in Process Design Strong understanding passion for designing processes Strong collaborator, communicator, hands-on, ability to work agile Education: Min bachelor degree in engineering, business or equivalent Process Design Expertise: In-depth knowledge of process design, development and improvement methodologies. Great collaboration and consulting skills Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with participants from diverse teams Communication and Influencing/Consulting: Excellent communication skills to anchor actions to address E2E process dependencies in GPL orgs.
