Company Description BabaCups, a leading disposable cups manufacturer since 2010, is based in Rau, Indore. Under the firm names Baba Plastic and GNS Industries, we have expanded our market presence and manufacturing capabilities. We provide a wide range of disposable cups and allied products, including paper cups. Our manufacturing unit for paper cups, Maneesh Enterprises, is equipped with cutting edge technology and serves multiple countries across globe. We are dedicated to providing eco-friendly alternatives in response to the global shift from plastic to paper cups. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager at BabaCups. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, maintaining relationships, and overseeing sales and revenue targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Qualifications Strong account management and sales experience Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data Proficiency in using CRM software Organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and in a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field Experience in exports is a plus
