- Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions for a variety of projects including branding, marketing materials, digital assets, presentations, and more.
- Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually elevate our design capabilities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance projects and campaigns.
- Conduct thorough research and gather insights to inform design decisions and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software.
- Demonstrated ability to translate creative concepts into visually compelling designs.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior team members is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is desirable but not required.
