- A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Business Development is required, with a strong and proven track record in acquiring clients.
- Proven experience in team leadership and management, with the ability to motivate and guide a Business Development Team to success.
- Strong research skills and the ability to stay UpToDate with market trends and marketing strategies are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are must, as well as convincing and persuasive presentation skills for client pitches.
- Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and managing data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent in PPT/Excel/Proposal/Microsoft Office expertise (Primary Requirement)
- Lead and manage the Business Development Team, providing guidance, setting targets, and monitoring performance.
- Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth. Stay updated with the latest marketing industry standards and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with the overall company objectives.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, both individually and as a team.
