Job Description Role: Regional Sales Manager Location: Corporate Office, Hyderabad Purpose: To drive growth and expansion of the business in the designated region by leading business development, sales and marketing efforts for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and B2B Formulations. The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring that our products meet the needs of the market. Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for end-to-end Salesand Business development activities and in achieving region's annual profitability targets. Be responsible for designing and executing the region's strat plan. Be responsible forgenerating market & competitiveintelligence, MIS and associated analytics, price management and maintaining healthy order book and receivables. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry in the region, including manufacturers, distributors, and other healthcare providers. Enable exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through regular visits and communication. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of regional trends and competition. Work together with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and support. Represent Dr. Reddy's at regional events, exhibitions, and conferences. Qualifications Required Skills and Abilities: Post Graduate with atleast 7 years experience in PharmaceuticalMarketing, Business Development Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust. Exceptional deal-making skills, with strong commercial and legal understanding to negotiate, manage, and close complex B2B agreements. In-depth knowledge of products and portfolio, market regulations, customer preferences, and business etiquette. Excellent analytical skills. Digital proficiency, including experience with data analysis tools. Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region. Candidate must be willing to develop deep understanding of the local business practices and culture. Additional Information PSAI - Global
