- Provide front-line technical assistance to internal and external users
- Log, prioritize, and resolve service requests and incidents
- Support rollout and management of IoT devices (sensors and gateways)
- Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with software and hardware setup and troubleshooting
- Manage user accounts and access permissions
- Maintain records and knowledge base for issue resolution
- Parametrize and customize internal business software (e.g. ERP systems)
- Write low-code apps to automate business processes
- Maintain intranet configuration and support users with content management
- Promote and enforce IT security policies
- Work with IT teams and departments to resolve complex issues
- Provide user training and guidance
- Ensure IT policies and regulations are followed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- IT support experience, including complex problem resolution
- Knowledge of low-code technologies (especially in Microsoft 365 ecosystem)
- Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ability to analyze data and propose improvements
- Understanding of IT security principles
- Experience with IT projects may be required
- Commitment to ongoing learning and certification
- Experience in Azure AD and with IoT Devices is a plus
- Relevant certifications like CompTIA, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are beneficial
